Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom uniforms?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for most products including t-shirts, polo shirts, and hoodies. For complex custom items like jackets or varsity wear, the MOQ may be 25 pieces. We offer flexibility for enterprise clients — contact us for custom arrangements.

Question 2

How long does bulk uniform production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard production timelines are 7-10 business days for orders up to 500 pieces, and 15-20 business days for larger orders. Rush orders (3-5 days) are available with a 20% expedite fee. Custom embroidery or specialty printing may add 2-3 days.

Question 3

Do you offer custom logo embroidery and printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer multiple branding techniques including screen printing, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, and Roland print-and-cut. Our design team can help optimize your logo for each technique at no additional cost.

Question 4

What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across all of India with free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. We also export to the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. International shipping takes 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx.

Question 5
