Terms of Engagement

1. Formation of Contract: An order becomes legally binding upon receipt of the 50% technical advance and architectural approval of the mock-up. 2. Fiscal Obligations: All prices are exclusive of 5% or 12% GST as applicable by the HSN code. Payments must be made via authorized banking channels. 3. Manufacturing Tolerance: Bulk orders are subject to a standard manufacturing tolerance of +/- 5% in shade and dimension consistent with international textile standards. 4. Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these transactions.
